BUCKS TEAMS for ESAA XC ANNOUNCED

Six very talented teams of athletes have been selected to represent the BSAA at Ardingly Show Grounds on Saturday 15th March. Selection was based primarily on performances at the Bucks Schools XC Champs t Stowe on Wednesday 5th February.

The first four athletes, if they were available, were automatically selected. The balance were picked based on form and availability.

On the day 8 athletes will run in each age group with the best 6 places scoring for the overall team awards, For the first 10 athletes in the Junior and Inter age groups, there is the added incentive of possible selection for the SIAB Schools International to be held the following weekend in Scotland. The is first opportunity that young athletes have to gain representative honours at international level.
